Executive Search Associates has been retained to conduct the search for a Chief Financial Officer at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, Illinois.  This is an opportunity for a knowledgeable and experienced hospital finance executive to join a hospital that is in their next phase of growth to provide access to outstanding healthcare in a small community. 

 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the person awarded this position will oversee the finance division which includes: Finance and Accounting, the Business Office, Health Information Systems and Materials Management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a hospital that is implementing Studer principles, upgrading their EMR/other technology and expanding services in the community. 

Specifically, the C.E.O. and the Board of Directors are looking for a thought leader to provide accurate information and insight for sound decision making.  If you are a C.F.O. who enjoys educating and influencing others, then you would thrive in this position.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field. CPA preferred, not required. Five years of executive leadership experience in acute care hospitals, with experience in critical access preferred.  Experience with Studer Methodology also strongly preferred.
